We're proud to announce that the auto-conversion process has begun for boards that have chosen to make the switch to ZetaBoards. We hope you and your communities are enjoying the new features. Due to an unforeseen hardware issue, not all boards on server 15 that opted in for a conversion have been converted. We're aware of this and we're working to have these converted as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience throughout the process. We're glad to have so many dedicated users and we hope ZetaBoards will allow your communities to grow successfully into the future. Please note that boards that have been converted will not have immediate access to the ACP support ticket system. If you have questions please feel free to ask them in the General Support section of this board, or in the Personal Support Ticket section of the board. Boards that were created on ZetaBoards still have access to the ACP support ticket system. Brian The ACP support ticket access for converted boards has been fully integrated. For those of you with InvisionFree boards on s15, we're running the convertor beginning today. You should see your boards converted to ZB if you have opted in for the as soon as possible option. Thank you for your patience and welcome to ZetaBoards. -Brandon |
