- Pre-registration of accounts in the Admin CP.

Bugs Fixed
- Subforum issues: Moving subforums around via the section manager caused them to unexpectedly vanish.
- Issue where you'd jump to the wrong page in a topic in certain circumstances.
- Return to wrong page in a topic when deleting a post
- Today's Top Ten Posters incorrect stats.
- Wrong group upon approving a member account.
- Error when applying a AMT to multiple topics
- Error when using AMT when replying to a topic
- Replies missing from support tickets in certain circumstances.
- Problem with BBcode in Calendar events
- Name change case only resulted in error (#62046)
- Redirect subforums showing regardless of permissions
- Redirect subforums working even if you did not have permission to view them
- Deleted blog entries could still be read
- Ad removal system enabler issue.
- BBCode buttons not working in some cases.
- Password Protected Forums - Issue accessing them and/or posting in them despite entering the correct password. Password may not be remembered
- Board URL change causes loss of tickets.
- Too long of about me in blog resulted in blank error message.
- Forum section says "No Posts in Forum" desipte having topics in it
- Error on ip ban: "You have entered an invalid value."
- Not logged in after registering for a board
- /me tag in blog entries not working
- Ranged ip bans not correct
- Blank page when trying to delete a topic
- Broken link to trash can when viewing who posted list for trashed topic

- IE6-IE8 improved cookie compatibility (high security setting). Solves issues where a user would be unable to stay logged in.
Bugs/Issues Fixed on converted boards
- Server 15: Emoticon adding resulted in error
- Server 15: Theme adding resulted in error
- Search now online for all but the largest converted boards.
- -1 password security level fixed.
