Apparently many of you had poor teachers in grade school since so many do not realize that stealing is wrong. But it is. So, unless you have permission from the creators or the creator freely distributes their work (and you can provide proof of this), we will take action. It should be mentioned that stealing graphics, css, codes etc. is grounds to have your board closed. It would be extremely foolish then to post here and get caught since we'll simply make a report and confirm the violation, killing two birds with one stone and essentially sealing the fate of your board. So then, stealing is bad. You will be punished for stealing. Your post count will be reduced, you may be restricted from using features like the PM system or be barred from viewing forums like theme support. You might also guess that if you are caught stealing and try to deny or get away with it, you'll find that you may be waiting longer for help with any of your particular problems. Those who abide by our Terms of Use get priority. Those who disregard it, get disregarded. Now we know you all are smart and can realize when you are taking something without permission and when you are given permission to use something. If you can't, then just don't use whatever you want OR if you really want it, ask the creator for their permission. Many times they will have no problem for it and are extremely happy that you asked instead of simply taking what you want. |
