why get a domain name/set-up?

 Waiting would probably be best as long as it's not a domain that someone else might register in the meantime. That way you're not paying for time when you aren't using it. :)

PM Stephen regarding Graphics Requests

 When your board is converted, you should only have to make a minor change to your domain in order to get it working on your ZetaBoards. There should be very little disruption to your users. It would literally involve changing zx.invisionfree.com with sx.zetaboards.com in one instance.

 Yeah, I would just wait too. We have already converted though, so we are probably going to buy our domain name sometime.
