Layout wont change

 Trying to add this code to my layout and it says to add it under board I add it but it wont change help please

 Please go back to the thread for my skin. I've updated that stupid, obsolete code that I threw together (how I managed to make it so horrible I have no idea) with betterness.

 Go to the theme section of the ACP. Under the section where you have my theme, click "Edit Board Layout." Copy and paste it underneath the words "<!-- BOARD -->."

 I just dont get it

Im at skin manager i go under "edit layout" ware it says "<!-- TOPMENU --><!-- HEADER --><!-- SUBMENU --><div id="wrap"><!-- NAV --><!-- BOARD -->"

then i add the code

 Look on the very bottom-right hand corner of the page. It's a tiny, tiny box.

 Go to the preview forum for Black as Night. Scroll down to the very bottom and look in the right hand corner of the board. You should see "Skin by inferno" (another of my Internet names). Something like that should be in the same place on the forum with the skin.
