| Mass email doesn't work | |

We've had problems with mass email, too. It sometimes takes a while to get to people (especially those with yahoo account. those are slooooow in receiving mail). Make sure your members check the junk mail folder. It might land in there. But we've also had trouble sending out the mail. Tells us it won't send, or just gets stuck. One of our moderators usually sends them out, but when it doesn't work for her, the admin can sometimes take over and send the email. |

I have a different problem... I just get an error when I do it (a blank page with the words "Database error, like the case for appointing individual mods). Is this another problem like that, or is there a way to do this? |

Make sure that when sending an email, you leave the Send to users inactive for x days option to "All users". The database error occurs when this option is set to any other option other than "All Users", but we're working on fixing this at our end. |
