I seen on another forum earlier when I put my mouse overtop of a forum section it would highlight it. I was wondering if there was a way I could do that also? Thanks!

Firstly, as stated above, this isn't the right area to be asking questions. Now, as for Host Application, do you mean hosting your own board? If so, it has been stated by staff that hosting wont be available due to user issues and updating issues. (I'd link you to a staff post, but I can't find one at the moment) Also, that highlighting code was created, but removed because it used up ad credits.
